We had just a small amount of snow, but it was enough to make me go out and take pictures!
It was spectacular, and in particular, the white snow on the white blossom of the Bradford Pears was interesting to see. The poor daffodils in the front yard seem defeated by the snow, and I’m not sure if they will bounce back.
After a long winter, spring returns to the ornamental garden, and once again water can be heard running in the fountain.
Along the path pretty flower beds enhance the feeling that spring has finally come.

As we walk through the early morning countryside we see a magnificent tree, full of blossom. So full of Springtime is it, that it almost obscures the quiet church building in whose courtyard it grows.
It reminds us that life goes on, sometimes with a spectacular show, but sometimes quietly, slowly. This tree has seen many seasons, many springtimes and many snowfalls. But is it thriving through them all, welcoming the seasons in their turn, just as we must welcome all the seasons in our life.
